Click2Contact is an online service providing you with the
ability to creatively and effectively communicate with your
customer base. It is an opt-in email list management system
enabling your customers to sign up for your email newsletters
and brochures.
It also provides a simple means of creating those professional
looking emails and newsletters in a matter of minutes. The
system is entirely wizard driven so it's really easy to
use. And when you’re happy with your creative efforts
you simply mail it to your client list at a preset time
of the day or night.
Finally, the system provides you with real time feedback
of how your campaign is progressing. You can track how many
people have opened the email and equally importantly, how
many people have responded to your call to action by clicking
on a link to revisit your website.
The system is comprised of three major modules; the List
Builder, the Campaign Builder and the Campaign Tracker.
Together, they provide everything you need to get you customers
coming back to your site again and again and again. |

Visitors join your opt in mailing list by leaving their
details in a form on your website.
The form can be added to your site either by copying a small
block of code provided by ourselves or by simply linking
to the Click2Contact website.
You collect as much or as little information about the subscriber
as you choose.
Existing in-house email databases can even be accommodated
through the bulk file import facility. |

Use the online wizard to design and build you own emails,
press releases, newsletters and brochures.
Choose from a selection of ready made templates which can
then be customised with your own logos and product photos.
Decide on a call to action (if any) and generate hypertext
links back to specific pages on your website.
Select the appropriate client list to whom you wish to address
the campaign and finally set the delivery date. |

Having done the hard work, sit back and review your progress
through the Campaign Tracker console.
Track the number of new subscribers to your lists.
Track the percentage of emails opened and the number of
website links followed and by who.
Compare the success of the various campaigns you run. It's
a great way of discovering what your customers are really

Multi Format Emails – Both HTML and
plain text emails can be generated. When a text only email
client is encountered, only the plain text version will
be delivered.
Bounced Email Handling – Invalid
or bounced emails can be stripped from the
database therefore ensuring your lists are up to date and
clean at all times.
Unsubscribe
– Each email contains an auto unsubscribe option to
facilitate easy removal from your list. Not only does it
save you time but in today’s spam infected world,
customers perceive this as a must have feature. |
